Field Sales Development Manager
The Field Sales Development Manager provides field support and training to our commercial sales teams. This position will report to the Associate Director, Sales Development. They will be an integral part of the outside sales team and will be instrumental in sales execution while at the same time providing on the job training and coaching to support greater sales effectiveness at the rep level.
This position will be based in your home location in the West Regions, near a major airport.
Responsibilities :
- Bridge the gap between initial new hire training and ongoing training as reps enter the field
- Engage in field and virtual ride-along with field sales team to provide training and coaching on job responsibilities
- Complete coaching forms and collaborate with region directors to identify training focus and priorities
- Ensure that field sales team is properly trained on sales process, sales tools and CRM
- Assist sales development team with new hire training, national sales meetings, summit calls and other training activities
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hearing healthcare
- Public speaking in large group settings virtually or in person
- Detail oriented
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Able to work collaboratively cross functionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and demonstration skills.
- A high degree of personal organization is necessary.
- Ability to interact with field personnel, internal personnel, Management and customers.
- Must possess a high degree of self-reliance, initiative, and creativity.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Must be willing to travel 65%.
- Experience with SalesForce systems required

This role's pay range is between : $ 81K to 115K based on experience. This role is also commission eligible / bonus eligible.
