SonoVision is an established family-owned business located in Beaverton, OR which repairs and refurbishes ultrasound equipment. This position requires an organized, detail oriented, self-motivated person. The skills to research and problem solve will be a must. This is not a warehouse position; all work is done within a casual office setting.
Receiving and Returns Clerk
20 / hour
Free medical, paid vacation, and SEP IRA
Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm
Responsibilities :
- Accept packages from delivery drivers
- Analyze package labeling for purchase order information
- Locate corresponding receipts in inventory tracking system
- Investigate model number, serial number, and condition of each part
- Accurately log parts in tracking system and receive to correct locations
- Research and problem solve any issues in order to properly credit customers
- Ensure accurate data entry of specific pieces of information from various sources
- Send email reminders to clients for expected core exchange parts
- Monitor purchase order emails and print shipping documentation
- Daily gather outgoing packages from Asset Coordinator and transport to shipping facility
