In this role, you will support the marketing department with various initiatives and be responsible for key tasks such as social media implementation, responding to online customer reviews, coordinating national promotional giveaway shipments, and other assigned duties.
- Social Media Management Implement social media strategies, create content, and manage daily postings across all platforms.
- Customer Engagement Monitor and respond to online customer reviews, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Promotional Giveaways Coordinate logistics for national promotional giveaway shipments, including vendor communication, tracking, and fulfillment.
- Support Marketing Campaigns Assist the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotions, ensuring all materials are delivered on time and within budget.
- General Marketing Support Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and ensure the smooth operation of all marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
