Position Overview: We are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to assess, plan, and implement therapeutic programs aimed at enhancing functional independence in our pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ motor, cognitive, and sensory-processing skills.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Texas state licensure in Occupational Therapy.
- Eligible for or holds certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility to obtain.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
