Part-Time & Full Time Commercial Janitoral Cleaning Staff

Starting Wage: Paid per job $17-$18

Work Schedule:

• Exact hours may vary depending on the specific assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain spaces, including offices, churches, classrooms, cafes, gyms, and condominiums.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory effectively.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and meeting the physical demands of cleaning tasks.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to complete a comprehensive background check.
• Able to pass a drug screening for illegal substances.
• Demonstrated responsibility and trustworthiness.
• No prior experience or specific education required; thorough training will be provided.
• Comfortable with potentially being featured in marketing photos and videos.
• Important: Candidates with a high number of points on their driver’s license are discouraged from applying, as the role may involve driving company vehicles.

Additional Information:

• For the first 90 days, new hires are considered temporary. After demonstrating leadership capabilities and proficiency, employees will receive a raise.
