Job description

We are seeking a skilled Floor Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sonshine Cleaning. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for performing floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet, including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned cleaning tasks according to schedule.
• Collect and dispose of trash while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Recycle soiled linen from the units in an environmentally responsible manner.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Experience with tripping and waxing of VCT flooring.
  • Bring before and after photos to interview.
