Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant with a strong background in Storage and Backup Administration to join our team at Sonsoft, Inc.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes and Storage and Backup Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in EMC VNX, NetApp, Symantec NetBackup and Brocade and Cisco MDS fabric Switches
- Experience in using Storage and Backup infrastructure Management and Monitoring tools
- Strong communication skills required (oral and written)
- Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
- Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
- At least 7 years of experience in IT
Travel Requirements:
The selected candidate will be required to travel regularly for management consulting engagements.
