Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job Description At least 11 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architectureTechnically sound knowledge in VoIP Protocols ( SIP,H.323 )Prior technology implementation in Unified Communication, Contact Center, Gateway solution products for Cisco, Avaya, Sonus.Good knowledge on various troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, sipp, network tools, TranslatorX).Excellent problem solving skills with desire to take on responsibility.Excellent communication skills, should have worked in global delivery model.Good understanding on product SLA’s and support metrics.Ability to grasp problems and understand issues quickly and provide solutions.Ability to reason and think logicallyStrong attention to detail in regards to project planning and documentationStrong organizational and sales skills.Display willingness to help others, a pleasant personality, a courteous manner, and a professional demeanor.Ability to apply judgment, implement solutions, and resolve conflicts, all in a multi-tasked environment.Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projects.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
