What are the responsibilities and job description for the Make Ready/Maintenance Technician position at Sonterra West/ Barge Properties?
Seeking a full-time make-ready /maintenance technician for our Apartment Community.
Apartment experience preferred, but not required. Will help with grounds, pool and amenity cleaning. Painting and general maintenance experience a plus. Must have own transportation. Proven work history required. On Call every 2 weeks.
Benefits include health insurance, vacation and sick time, 401k with employer matching. . Must be eligible to work in the US. Must undergo background screening.
