JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ERP Program Manager will lead the Program Management Office (PMO) for the City of Minneapolis to oversee the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday and Sherpa, modernizing the City s core business operations including HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, and Budgeting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and lead the ERP PMO
Coordinate implementation of Workday ERP
Ensure integration with ~34 third-party/internal systems
Manage:
Vendor relationships
Stakeholder engagement
Business process reengineering
Change management and training
Risk management and mitigation
Post-implementation support
Support decommissioning of old systems and data migration
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years managing large-scale software implementation programs
2 years experience with Workday implementation in public sector
Workday certifications preferred
Strong skills in:
PM methodology
Stakeholder communication
Organizational change
Conflict resolution
Technical tools like MS Office, Smartsheet
