Job Title: Mainframe Application Programmer Analyst
Location: Charleston, West Virginia
Job Summary:
is seeking experienced Mainframe Application Programmer Analysts to support and enhance its mainframe-based Drivers’ License Systems. This role involves programming in a COBOL/CICS/DB2 environment, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and integrating with systems like xxxxx.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify DMV mainframe applications to meet AAMVA and FMCSA requirements
- Work with DB2, JCL, COBOL, CICS, RC/Update, PRF tools
- Interface with court systems and federal databases
- Ensure timely updates to driver records
- Support day-to-day operations and legal compliance updates
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in COBOL/CICS/DB2 and JCL on IBM mainframe
- 3 years working with DMV systems and Computer Associates DB2 tools
- Experience with AAMVA systems (CDLIS, PDPS, SSOLV, UNI)
- Strong knowledge of federal and state CDL legal requirements
- Experience in regulated environments preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $38.53 - $46.41 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
