Carrier Operations Specialist

Job Description:
The Carrier Operations Specialist will be working in a fast-paced environment coordinating and providing support for shipment tracking and tracing. In this role you will handle incoming and outgoing calls from carriers, utilizing internal systems to ensure prompt and accurate tracking, and addressing any service-related concerns as they may arise.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for tracking and tracing freight movements from origin to destination
• Clarify load requirements with carriers, confirming drivers have proper information (pick-up and delivery requirements)
• Recording data entry for the shipment into our system.
• Getting drivers assigned to proper tracking requirements
• Proactively identify issues and communicate these internally and escalate as needed.
• Build and maintain a strong working relationship with our customer experience and carrier procurement teams

Job Requirements:
Wage Range: 36000.00 - 39000.00 per year
