What You’ll Do
- Assist in the collections of delinquent accounts.
- Draft and send synchronization licenses to clients after the point of sale is complete.
- Answer client inquiries, and return fully executed contracts to clients.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university.
- Passionate about the music and entertainment business, and have a desire to build a career in the industry.
- Able to adapt quickly to a changing environment with minimal disruption.
- An excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners, and senior management.
- You are hungry to learn and grow. You are curious, ask questions and get excited about new projects.
- A highly organized person that pays close attention to the details.
- Proven Excel experience.
- Sound, professional presence over the phone and during times of stress.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using CRM a plus.
- 7.5-hour business workday but variations in work volume frequently require extended working hours for evening and late-night events.
