What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Data Entry position at Soo Hoo Customs Broker?
We are seeking a Customer Service/Data Entry candidate from overseas to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by coordinating logistics and administration of shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Handle requests to plan shipments as well as associated documentation
- Work with carriers, airlines, and other transportation providers
- They may also consolidate and break-bulk shipment
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Provide customer service to clients for active shipments
Qualifications:
- Must speak English
- Must have a reliable internet connection and an alternate back up in the event of inclement weather or a natural disaster
- Dual monitors preferred
- Must be available to work 6a-3p PST Monday - Friday
- Previous experience in customer service, call center environment or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Typing test will be required
Pay Information:
$450-$1,000 Monthly
Salary : $16 - $20
