this is a part time exempt salary position located in Denver that will report directly to the crew lead.

Requirements

an ideal candidate can:

• Consistently produce high-quality e-commerce and lifestyle visuals, ensuring to meet customer expectations and business goals while showcasing attention to detail.
• Ensure that all shoots reflect a high level of creative and technical consistency
• Work independently or with minimal guidance on set to execute creative concepts
• Collaborate with the studio team and engage with clients both in-studio and remotely.
• Build trust with clients through clear communication, setting expectations, and delivering results that meet their needs. Leverage your understanding of client input to drive the creative process and deliver successful shoots
• Utilize strong communication skills to manage relationships and resolve any client concerns
• Set up and apply various lighting styles to meet the specific needs of each project, ensuring optimal results. Demonstrate knowledge of advanced production techniques and consistently deliver visually compelling work
• Ability to prioritize tasks, ensure efficient use of time, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Uphold a professional demeanor, handling client interactions and any escalations with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
• Support the team with organizing studio workflows, managing multiple projects, and troubleshooting challenges on set.
• Participate in the holistic operation of the studio, including pre-shoot preparation, equipment and prop organization, inventory assistance, and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace. Some lifting is required (up to 30 lbs)
