- Utilize Google Suite and Microsoft Office to create presentations, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Manage DocuSign processes for document approvals and signatures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
