We are seeking a friendly, goal oriented and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. Welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and a positive demeanor are essential for this role.
QUALIFICATIONS
A LONGTERM COMMITMENT, MUST HAVE PRIOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, excellent at managing their workload, and prioritizing tasks.
Medical reception & insurance verification experience are preferred
Knowledge of office procedures
Knowledge of Microsoft office & Excel with the ability to become familiar with our scheduling software
STRONG organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task
Friendly and professional demeanor
Writing and reporting skills
Organization, time management, and presentation
Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role you will work directly with the Clinic Executive Manager, Billing Specialist, Massage Therapists, and Patient Administrative Coordinator.
The main responsibilities include setting up new patient accounts, scheduling patients, answering the phones, faxing, emailing, and interfacing with patients
Setting up and maintaining the clinic’s schedule to ensure it runs smoothly & efficiently
Insurance verification for any new, and existing patients, keeping up to date with patient’s prescriptions
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality per state HIPPA guidelines
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among the team and our patients
Ability to maintain professional presentation, hygiene & work attire for all scheduled shifts.
MON-THUR Split shifts with a minimum of 4 hrs. per day. Sunday - availability required & Friday - coverage when needed.
