Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and health standards.
- Participate in catering events or banquets as required, showcasing versatility in service styles.
Skills
- Proficient in bartending techniques with a strong understanding of drink recipes and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in food service or catering is highly desirable.
- Strong sales skills to promote beverage specials and upsell menu items effectively.
- Familiarity with banquet service protocols is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.95 - $18.18 per hour
