- High School diploma or GED equivalency plus additional broad specialized training equal to two (2) years of college
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience in a supervisory capacity, with a preferred minimum of three (3) in the food processing industry in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general information on a technical level
- Experience within USDA, AIB Environment
- Excellent computer skills in all MS Office applications
- Must have basic math skills and the ability to perform calculations of formulations, ingredients, yields, and man-hours
- Must be able to create, read, and analyze charts, graphs, and logs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to work on any shift
- Ability to train and educate employees on required expectations
- Must possess excellent communication skills
