Lawn Care Maintenance

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional lawn care services. This role requires a combination of technical skills, physical stamina, and a keen eye for detail to ensure that our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained.

Duties

• Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Maintain landscape features by performing tree care, pruning, and shrub trimming.
• Assist with hardscape projects such as building patios, walkways, or retaining walls.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting new grass or plants as needed.
• Provide landscape maintenance services including weeding, mulching, and edging.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to lawn care and landscaping.
• Knowledge of snow plowing techniques and equipment operation.
• Experience in landscape maintenance practices including hardscape installation.
• Ability to irrigate effectively while understanding plant water requirements.
• Strong skills in tree care including pruning and health assessments.
• Physical ability to dig, lift, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.

Pay: 18-20/hr based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
