Ideally, you will be in proximity to our US (Boston) or Switzerland (Rolle) Corporate offices on a hybrid work-schedule, however suitably qualified candidates can be considered on a remote basis across the US-North East or East Coast.
Due to high collaboration and team structure within Europe, this role may not suit someone working remotely from the US West Coast.
Your mission:
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Application Product Management, you will help lead the strategic direction and execution for Rare Disease product lines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success in a competitive market.

- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch for Small & Targeted Panels across hereditary cancer and PGx applications.
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market needs.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
- Drive product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D for successful product development and commercialization.
