Supporting our legal activity across North America, This role would likely suit someone with previous in-house experience managing commercial contracts & agreements.
This is a hybrid (3 Days PW) opportunity at our corporate office in Boston, MA. This is not a remote role.

Your Mission
Reporting to the VP, Legal Affairs you will provide legal advice, support and guidance on commercial, sales and contract processes across North America.
- Overseeing the contract lifecycle process, including planning, collaboration, negotiation, execution and coordinate the signing process for contracts and other legal documents
- Support Sales & Business Development teams with their contract processes as we pursue commercial growth across North America
- Use your knowledge of commercial law to provide drafting, negotiation and business counsel to support key commercial transactions, drive projects to completiont and help mitigate legal or business risk
- Where suitable, add knoweldge of healthcare law, technology IP or Data protection to further support or enhance legal commercial processes
