Your mission :
As a Corporate Strategy Associate, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s long-term strategy and supporting the execution of key initiatives across the organization. Reporting to our Head of Strategy, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, streamline operations, and drive innovation. Your work will help guide SOPHiA GENETICS as we continue to lead the charge in democratizing data-driven medicine.
Key responsibilities :
- Define our long-term growth strategy in alignment with company goals
- Partner with executive leadership to drive quarterly and annual goal setting
- Construct executive and Board-level presentations to share key insights and recommendations with company leadership
- Lead high-priority strategic projects from ideation through to implementation (, pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, business transformations, organizational design, process improvement)
- Work closely with stakeholders in departments across the company to align strategic initiatives and drive execution
- Help establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights
- Develop company communications and presentations to align internal and external stakeholders to the company’s strategy and update them on performance
- Support shareholder engagement activities, including investor meetings, earnings calls, and investor events
