Join our dynamic Legal team and gain hands-on experience in the world of commercial agreements, business development, and bio-pharma opportunities.
Your mission :
As a Legal Assistant Intern, you will help with the daily review of agreements, including but not limited to NDAs and MTAs and will assist the Legal team with the review of other commercial agreements, and agreements related to Business Development and BioPharma opportunities.
You will be involved in :
- Reviewing of agreements, such as CDA and MTAs
- Administrative updating of expiration dates of our contracts saved in LawVu
- Assisting with organization of legal repository
