Responsibilities:
- Receive and process drink orders from the service well.
- Prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Set up and break down the bar area, including garnishes and snacks.
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and stay informed about new menu items.
- Comply with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous bartender experience required; fine-dining experience preferred.
- BASSET and ServeSafe Food Handlers Certification required.
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining drink preparation and service.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-volume service efficiently.
- Proficient with Point of Sale systems and basic math skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks related to bar operations.
