We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests.

Duties

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by regularly cleaning surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, including bussing tables and helping with basic food service tasks.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for food service.
• Participate in banquet setups by preparing necessary items and maintaining cleanliness during events.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others within the hospitality team.
