Active Directory Lead
Location : Chicago, IL (2 days week onsite)
Responsibilities:
Client & Project: We are seeking for a new talent to join the Information Technology Operations where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 'JLL Cloud & Infra support'.
Responsibilities:
Management of 4 AD forests at JLL, underlying child domains (9) and the corresponding domain controllers (DCs) in JLL data centers and cloud
Management of Azure AD connect environment to sync selected data to Azure AD
Configuration of AD Forests, domains, GPOs, FGPP, allied services, certificate mgmt and audit support
App integration, Identity protection through CA policies and user/group mgmt
Investigate problems to identify root causes. Gather additional information, analyze logs or reports, conducte interviews, and utilize problem-solving techniques to determine why the problem occurred and how it can be resolved.
Identifying and removing unused shadow and dormant configuration items to keep configuration up to date across all environments.
Baseline configurations on all devices to be reviewed annually and reported monthly
Manage incidents related to AD environment
Document environment as changes are made and issues are resolved over time
