Marketing & Product Design Specialist
The SOPREMA Marketing & Product Design Specialist collaborates with the Marketing team and Product Managers on the development of strategic components – you will be the person helping ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
A highly analytical thinker with a customer-centric mindset is ideal for the role. He/she will be able to understand project goals and ensure they are maintained while making decisions during the entire production process.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal departments on the design of product labels, point-of-sale displays, technical data sheets, printed collateral, and additional assets for existing and new product lines.
- Contribute to the creative development, production, and execution of local and national marketing campaigns, product marketing, promotional activations, and internal sales administration assets while ensuring all messaging meets brand compliance, consistency, voice, and tone.
- Ensure technical accuracy and clarity in product labels, packaging, and technical documents, collaborating closely with product management and R&D teams.
- Develop templates and standardized design elements for product-based materials to improve efficiency and consistency across all product lines.
- Assist in the preparation of print-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality production of packaging and collateral.
- Support digital adaptations of product-related assets for use on websites, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, packaging innovations, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve design approaches.
- Provide creative input and assist in brainstorming sessions for new product launches and branding initiatives.
- Create visually appealing and effective presentations and event collateral for internal functions.
- Support in maintaining our internal marketing portal to ensure content and products are up-to-date, relevant, in stock, and easily accessible to internal stakeholders.
- Works diligently to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet or exceed our standards.
- Maintains a highly collaborative, positive, can-do attitude as part of SOPREMA’s U.S. marketing team.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Preferred experience (4 years) in graphic design, photography, video production, and multimedia content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint

- A creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of AP style best practices
- Ability to execute on multiple and overlapping projects as dictated by the needs of the business
- Working Conditions and/or Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- This position will be requested to travel for projects per the Creative and Brand manager’s discretion
