Procurement Specialist
The Roofing Division Purchaser will be responsible for purchasing resale products for direct shipments to customers and warehouse replenishment. Their main objective is to ensure that purchase orders are generated in an accurate & timely manner.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Knowledge of resale products and their specifications (supplier, description, pricing, packaging, weight, storage requirements, shelf life)
- Keep updated files of vendor pricing, quotes and pertinent correspondence
- Understanding of purchase order process from generation to finalization
- Maintain records of supplier performance
- Generate inventory reorder reports for stock replenishment
- Other responsibilities as determined by the Resale Procurement Manager
