Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic setting and have a passion for providing excellent service. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by preparing and replenishing supplies, including ice, glassware, and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Help with food handling and serving during events or busy periods.
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure timely service.
- Operate the POS system for processing orders as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Support catering and banquet services by setting up and breaking down events as required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of food handling.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial.
- Capability to assist with cash handling and operate POS systems efficiently.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others and contributing to team success.

- Weekly hourly plus nightly tips
