Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (initially remote, but onsite in 3-6 months)

We’re a post-PMF B2B startup with ARR growing exponentially every month. With increasing number of customers and usage exploding, we’re looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer to help us scale our product. Our current tech stack is Ruby on Rails / React / Postgres, running on a combination of Heroku and AWS services.

We’re a remote team that’s looking to build our teams in San Francisco (CA), Austin (TX), and Tempe (AZ) locations. This will be initially a remote role, but will be in-person role in 3-6 months.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

• Production experience with Ruby on Rails and React or something similar.
• At least 7 years of full-time experience as a software engineer.
• Naturally curious and willing to learn new things. You are the type of person hungry to learn more about AI and other technologies after work.
  
  

Bonus If

• You are good at product. Coming up with solutions end to end, thinking from the customer’s experience.
• You have shipped a product end-to-end (from frontend to backend/API) and scaled to a ton of active users.
• You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged.
• You are persistent and determined. You are the type of person who will go through walls to get the job done.
• You've directly worked with a founder before.
