About usSorbello Refrigerated Services is chilled and frozen warehouse that provides USDA meat import inspection services for the New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia Ports.

Role & ResponsibilitiesSRS is looking for a Production Room Scheduler to work with the Quality Team and Production Team in the Vineland, New Jersey location. The job scope entails:

• Permanent full-time role based in our Vineland, NJ Facility. Monday – Friday. Overtime and weekends may be required
• Assisting in creating the production schedule for the production room. This would consist of receiving orders, creating paperwork, and shipping loads out of the system.
• Different products must be organized in specific order for efficiency and claim integrity.
• Working with customers on receiving, organizing, filing, maintaining, and shipping loads.
• Keeping Labels approvals, claims, production records, and all other paperwork associated to the lot with the file.
• This job includes filing, emailing, answering phone calls, and working as a team.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience with customer service
• Previous experience with scheduling
• Previous experience with food production
