What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Assistant position at Sorensen Companies, Inc.?
This position is Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duty functions.
- Maintain Shop work orders.
- Maintain and track all shop inventory.
- Issue & Process PO's and Invoices
- Scan documents to electronic files.
- Data Entry into programs & spreadsheets.
- Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Must have basic computer skills, be an excellent multi-tasker, good with time-management, and very organized. Familiar with Excel and One Drive is a plus.
ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY
Daily and exemplary attendance and punctuality is required for this position. The work may require overtime hours to be worked to achieve desired results.
