Position Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant (SrEA) to serve as a strategic partner, supporting the Principal's business needs with precision and insight. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex, dynamic environments, ideally within industries such as hospitality, fashion, design, or politics. This role demands not only exceptional organizational and multitasking skills but also a deep understanding of luxury standards and refined preferences.
From knowing the best FBOs for private travel to curating stays at both iconic and under-the-radar hotels and restaurants across the country, the successful candidate will need a sharp, informed perspective on high-end experiences. A deep level of spreadsheet expertise (with particular experrise in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets ) is also crucial for success in this role.

- Calendar Management : Seamlessly juggle and prioritize five distinct calendars, ensuring optimal time allocation and minimal conflicts.
- Spreadsheet Expertise : Develop and maintain advanced spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets), ensuring data accuracy and usability for planning and decision-making.
- Travel Coordination : Plan and execute sophisticated travel logistics, including private and commercial flights, high-end accommodations, and curated itineraries tailored to the family’s unique preferences and luxury standards.
- Project Support : Conduct detailed research on high-end products, vendors, and service providers, offering informed recommendations based on a deep understanding of luxury markets and industry trends.
- Communication : Act as a liaison, managing communications with external stakeholders and service providers while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Event Planning : Assist in organizing and managing high-profile events, from private gatherings to industry engagements, ensuring every detail aligns with the family’s vision.
- Administrative Excellence : Handle a range of administrative tasks, including expense tracking, document preparation, and database management, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coaching and Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Driving : Provide occasional backup assistance with driving children, as needed.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a high-demand environment.
- Background in hospitality, fashion, design, or political sectors highly preferred.
- A sophisticated understanding of luxury standards, including knowledge of high-end furnishings, premium amenities, exclusive restaurants, and curated travel experiences.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.

Compensation :
This role offers a competitive starting salary DOE, and consists of typical daily hours of 8 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PM , with flexibility when Principals are traveling, and minimal texting on weekends as needed. The role offers a full benefits package, including :
10 days PTO in the first year , plus sick days and paid holidays
