You are part of a global Product Management team and report to the Director of Product Management, Real-Time Solutions.Position location : Palo Alto, CA, USAResponsibilitiesLayout short and long-term roadmap of the U-Assist offeringDrive innovation and market leadershipOwn the new generation of U-AssistOwn the end-to-end product management cycle from concept to market success, and lifecycle management.Work closely with the Engineering and AI teams to drive the implementation of the roadmap and meet spec, quality, and timelines.Prioritize business requirements and have these translated to product functional & technical requirements.Constantly analyze the competitive landscape, run a gap & SWOT analysis, and define the differentiated story of your products.Track product pipeline and sales and analyze growth trends and obstacles.Collect and analyze customer feedback and implement conclusions into the roadmap.Oversee product literature and Demos.Support the Sales and Pre-Sales teams and join sales meeting to pitch and demo the products to customers and partners.Evangelize product for sales, customers, market analysts and media.Required Skills / ExperienceBachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT Engineering or related fields.5 - 7 years of experience in delivering SaaS based / web-based products with experience in Product Management for LLM-based AI solutions and / or speech / conversation analytics products.Comprehensive understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and their application in building co-pilot applications.Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.Experience in working with Agile methodologies.Familiarity with advanced and modern dialog management toolsStrategic thinker with the ability to translate market needs and trends into innovative product solutions.Proven analytical and innovative thinking, leadership, problem solving, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.Domain knowledge in building & launching solutions for contact centersBe comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level executives.Ability to stay updated on advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to evolving product strategies.Highly collaborative, skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships across various teams and stakeholders.Hiring Range : $169,800 - $233,500 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo AltoThe specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement, pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.Location preference : USA - CA - Palo AltoUniphore is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
