Overview
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Waitress/Servers as well as Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of food preparation and cleanliness that our establishment is known for. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety practices, culinary skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including dishwashing duties.
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Provide support during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems and OpenTable is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
- Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
