Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of routine maintenance and repairs of all buildings and facilities.
- Management of preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functioning of systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Daily swimming pool and spa water testing and treatment.
- Addressing and resolving any maintenance issues promptly.
- Select and manage third-party contractors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure services are delivered as per agreed-upon terms.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any discrepancies or issues.
- Develop space utilization plans to optimize office layout and storage areas.
- Manage relocations or reconfigurations of office space.
- Coordinate renovations or new construction projects as needed.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget to ensure cost efficiency.
- Track expenditures and work to stay within budget for maintenance and repair services.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations for cost savings.

- Ensure up-to-date licenses and permits and submit reports in a timely manner.
