Job Description
A Fulfillment and Distribution Specialist ensures the timely and accurate flow of product in and out of the warehouse by using both computerized and manual processes, processes customer repairs, and is responsible for the operational and logistics support of Sorrelli.
The specialist maximizes the company’s order completion through allocation of inventory to pending sales orders. This role will follow orders from receipt through completion and shipment, ensuring accurate and timely product is delivered to Sorrelli’s customers, assists with the functions and processes of running all business lines and maintains collaborative relationships with outside vendors, customers, and the Sorrelli Team.
Success requires a sense of urgency and hustle, and involves working on one’s feet to physically allocate items to orders.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Receive product into stock, organize inventory, labeling/packaging
- Order Fulfillment: Allocate inventory to orders in a timely manner, following standard protocols of SKU documentation and invoicing
- Manages all product requirements in accordance with each customer’s needs; e.g. is the lead on ticketing and packaging standards, maintains and distributes documentation.
- Ensure Accuracy: Check outgoing orders and documentation for completeness
- Repairs: Manage in-bound customer repairs, processed through a digital system
- Act as a team: Share responsibilities, perform tasks as needed and take initiative to drive success towards daily goals and department objectives
- Always improve: Constantly look for opportunities to advance your skills, improve department processes, and better the end-consumers’ brand experience
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old, and must be able to provide proof of right to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read and take directions in English
- High School Diploma or higher education
- Excellent computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs; must learn and become proficient in Sorrelli’s corporate software suite
- Must be able to lift objects up to 49 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
- Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
