Job Description
- Be able to establish and maintain a good cooperative relationship with the Amazon platform (especially the Vendor Central, VC), and negotiate more favorable cooperation fees from the perspective of maximizing the company's interests.
- Docking involves communication and coordination with different internal and external departments of the company and partners. It is necessary to be able to communicate effectively to ensure the reasonable and accurate transmission of information, collaborate to solve problems, deliver results in a timely manner, and assist in achieving various indicators required by the company, including inventory availability rate, price issues, reduction of Gross Merchandise Margin (GMM), reduction of refund rate, reduction of the proportion of promotions, etc.
- Be able to predict the market changes of the Amazon platform, analyze market trends better, communicate with relevant internal departments in a timely manner, formulate effective sales strategies and promotion plans to ensure the smooth progress of the business.
- Manage the store and be able to handle emergency and abnormal situations.
- In the face of work emergencies on the platform, be able to react quickly, find appropriate solutions, and properly resolve the incidents.
Requirements.
- A bachelor's degree or above, proficient in oral English communication and writing skills.
- Be familiar with Amazon operations, have strong development capabilities, and possess the ability to maintain good business cooperation with the platform.
- Have more than 3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce or cooperation with Amazon's Vendor Central (VC) platform.
- Have outstanding logical thinking, strong data analysis and expression abilities.
- Have strong execution and stress resistance capabilities, and possess strong work planning and scheduling abilities.
Background of Project
Due to the company's business development needs, the client's revenue in
the European and American markets reached $1.2 billion in 2024, but the growth has
slowed down, and there is a need to increase the market share.
Mandatory Requirements
1. Be responsible for the business negotiations of Amazon Vendor Central (VC)
accounts, have an understanding of cross-border e-commerce, possess strong
communication skills. Chinese people will be given priority. There is a branch
office in Los Angeles, the United States.
Bonus Points
1. Have experience in building an Amazon Vendor Central (VC) account from
scratch, or have successful cases of promoting rate optimization (such as
reducing platform commissions by 3-5%).
2. Be familiar with the compliance policies of the European and American markets
(such as FDA certification, EU VAT), and have handled account appeals or
platform audits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
