As the Director of Snacks Sales, you will drive sustainable and profitable sales growth. You will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring the highest standards of performance and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Oversee the Snacks category team, providing strategic direction and fostering a culture of excellence.
- People Development: Cultivate talent within your team, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
- Operational Stewardship: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Business Unit, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Financial Accountability: Set and achieve financial targets, manage expenses, and ensure profitable growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business plans aligned with regional and global strategies.
- Performance Management: Utilize KPIs to monitor and enhance sales team performance, implementing best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead diverse and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Identify prospective customers, expand business access, and build business cases.
- Ensure full deployment of company capabilities, including consumer insights, sustainability, ingredients, formulations, and innovative solutions.
- Execute account plans and provide early warnings for potential threats.
- Define and request necessary resources while ensuring strategic investments.
- Conduct win/loss analyses to maximize learning and future success.
- Monitor and optimize project costs while influencing management on strategic investments.
- Secure profitable and sustainable sales growth within the overall regional P&L.

- Over 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the flavors or food industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
