As the Director of Snacks Sales, you will drive sustainable and profitable sales growth. You will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring the highest standards of performance and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management: Oversee the Snacks category team, providing strategic direction and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • People Development: Cultivate talent within your team, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Operational Stewardship: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Business Unit, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial Accountability: Set and achieve financial targets, manage expenses, and ensure profitable growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business plans aligned with regional and global strategies.
  • Performance Management: Utilize KPIs to monitor and enhance sales team performance, implementing best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead diverse and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify prospective customers, expand business access, and build business cases.
  • Ensure full deployment of company capabilities, including consumer insights, sustainability, ingredients, formulations, and innovative solutions.
  • Execute account plans and provide early warnings for potential threats.
  • Define and request necessary resources while ensuring strategic investments.
  • Conduct win/loss analyses to maximize learning and future success.
  • Monitor and optimize project costs while influencing management on strategic investments.
  • Secure profitable and sustainable sales growth within the overall regional P&L.
  • Communicate and gain stakeholder buy-in for required expenses and investments.
  • Monitor regional accounts and team sales performance, providing strategic updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the flavors or food industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
