We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in administering HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures; maintain employee handbook.
  • Set and achieve department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Serve as Head of Section (HOS) for the HR department, managing programs and functions.
  • Provide guidance to management on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including claims processing and policy updates.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with EEO, payroll, insurance, and 401(k) regulations.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for all exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • Foster a positive employer-employee relationship and maintain high employee morale.
  • Handle performance evaluations, corrective actions, and terminations.
  • Manage Worker’s Compensation and safety programs, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Coordinate management training in hiring, performance reviews, safety, and compliance topics.
  • Oversee payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees.
  • Drive Core Value Initiatives and community engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to enhance company-wide communication and efficiency.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and sit for extended periods when required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
