We are seeking a highly skilled IT Software Developer Assistant Manager to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing business web applications and their servers while ensuring system reliability, security, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, IT infrastructure, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve critical issues related to existing applications.
- Develop and propose solutions to enhance information services.
- Direct and design system architecture for optimal performance.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and IT solutions.
- Share system knowledge within the team to ensure coverage in case of absence.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and integrate them into IT systems.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external IT departments.
- Develop and implement applications using programming languages.
- Oversee new IT software implementations and modifications.
- Conduct requirements analysis, system design, and database development.
- Implement and test new enterprise applications.
- Research and recommend enhancements for IT systems.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience in web development and IT infrastructure.
- 7 years of managerial experience in an IT-related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java, Vue, C#, SQL, and other programming languages.
- Experience with Oracle, Java frameworks (Spring Boot), HTML, CSS, SVN, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with open-source software such as Linux, AWS, and Python.
- Database programming experience (MariaDB, Tibero, Oracle, PL/SQL).
- Knowledge of middleware solutions (Nginx, Tomcat, WebtoB, JEUS, Apache, JBoss).
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Office Environment: Collaborative, supportive, and inclusive.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move around the office and walk between plant locations.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Occasionally lift IT equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to troubleshoot and support IT infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and follow company work guidelines.
