We are newly establishing Sales office in Alabama to expand the business in North America. The Autonomous Driving Sales North America team is seeking an new employee to expand and manage the autonomous driving system business in North America. Our main customer is Hyundai / Kia. Currently, we supply the Front Camera / Front Radar / ADAS Unit to HMMA, KaGA, HMGMA main vehicles.
Responsibilities
Business Expansion :
Establish and manage the Autonomous Driving Sales North America (AD Sales NA) office in Alabama. Develop and implement strategies to expand the autonomous driving system business in North America.
Customer Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, with a focus on maintaining and expanding relationships. Work closely with Hyundai/Kia, our main customer, to understand their needs and ensure the successful supply of Front Camera, Front Radar, and ADAS Unit.
Price / Sales Management :
Negotiation with Customer Procurement Division, overseeing and managing the overall sales process, ensuring that it aligns with the negotiated pricing agreements. Participating in the development and finalization of contractual agreements that detail pricing structures, terms, and conditions.
Sales Growth :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the autonomous driving systems market. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s presence in North America.
Collaboration :
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the sales office and other departments. (Head Quarter, Mexico Plant)
Market Analysis :
Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Provide regular reports on market conditions and competitor movements.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Min. bachelor’s degree (major in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering preferred)
· Work experience in sales department ( > 1 years)
· Experience in managing key customer accounts, with a preference for familiarity with Hyundai/Kia.
· Familiarity with the automotive supply chain, especially in ADAS and automotive electronics.
· Proficiency in computer skills (PPT, Excel, Word, etc)
· Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
