We are seeking a highly motivated Autonomous Driving Sales Manager to lead business expansion efforts in North America. This role requires strong teamwork, communication skills in English, and technical knowledge of autonomous driving systems and vehicle development processes.

Key Responsibilities Business Expansion

  • Establish and manage the Autonomous Driving Sales North America (AD Sales NA) office in Alabama.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our autonomous driving system business in North America.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for customers, focusing on relationship building and expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with Hyundai/Kia, ensuring successful supply of Front Camera, Front Radar, and ADAS Unit solutions.

Sales & Pricing Management

  • Lead negotiations with customer procurement divisions, managing pricing agreements and overall sales processes.
  • Participate in contract development, ensuring alignment with pricing structures and business objectives.

Sales Growth & Market Expansion

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the autonomous driving market.
  • Drive sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in North America.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with headquarters and manufacturing plants to ensure seamless coordination.

Market Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and customer demands.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to inform business strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering).

Experience:

  • 1 years in sales (automotive industry experience 3 years preferred).
  • Tier-1 supplier experience preferred.
  • Proven experience managing key customer accounts (Hyundai/Kia familiarity is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of ADAS, automotive electronics, and the supply chain.

Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
