Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support while managing the front desk operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and managing office supplies.
- Provide customer support when needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in phone systems and calendar management tools.
- Experience with both Office 365 and Googe systems
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all communications.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $13.91 - $15.00 per hour
