Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The role is primarily focused on handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting branches across multiple locations. This is a great opportunity for HR professionals ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding position within a blue-collar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR functions onsite in Nashville while remotely supporting branches in TN and PA.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and conflict management.
• Recommend and implement disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Oversee and implement company policies and procedures.
• Support up to 200 employees across various branches.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and managers, including conducting difficult conversations.
• Travel occasionally (less than 20%).

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in HR roles such as Generalist, Coordinator, or Specialist.
• Familiarity with multi-state employment regulations.
• Strong experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Comfortable working in a blue-collar environment.
• DOT knowledge is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently with remote leadership support.
• Willingness to engage with employees and leadership constructively and without bias.
