🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with oncologists, specialists, and hospital systems across your territory
- Educate providers on our oncology products, with a focus on small cell lung cancer and gastrointestinal cancers
- Craft tailored account strategies that align with both organizational goals and customer priorities
- Analyze data trends, market intelligence, and clinical developments to inform sales approaches
- Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
- Navigate buy-and-bill environments, prior authorization challenges, and specialty pharmacy workflows
- Maintain CRM systems and document all customer interactions, opportunities, and insights

- Bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree or business training a plus
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with at least 2 years in oncology preferred

- Track record of success managing both academic and community-based healthcare providers
- Strategic mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
