Assistant Branch Manager
We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, coach and develop teller staff, and foster a strong sales culture. In this role, you will assist clients in achieving their financial goals by offering tailored solutions and referring them to specialists as needed. You will also assume full management responsibilities in the absence of the Branch Manager.
What You’ll Do :
- Supervise, mentor, and coach teller staff to ensure outstanding client service.
- Oversee daily financial transactions , including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
- Lead sales efforts by identifying client needs and recommending financial products and services .
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and security regulations .
- Address client inquiries, resolve account issues, and refer clients to specialists as needed.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of banking processes, lending products, and account management .
- Support the branch in achieving operational excellence and meeting internal audit standards.
