What You'll Do:
- Provide direct clinical services: psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group treatment.
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
- Collaborate on treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.
- Foster provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers.
- Maintain accurate electronic records (Athena).
- Contribute to a safe and just clinical environment for patients and providers.
What You'll Need:
- Active Psychiatrist License (MD/DO) in Florida.
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified.
- DEA Registration.
- Medicare program eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of Behavioral Health experience in outpatient setting.
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs).
- Knowledge of TMS, Magventure chair, Spravato.
- Expertise in treating children, adolescents, and families.
- AHCA Level II background check (Florida residents).
