Spring Break & Summer Camp Counselor

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Counselors to join our team for Spring Break and Summer Camp programs. In this role, you will lead and assist in engaging activities, crafts, and games while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for children. Key Responsibilities:
- Create an engaging and inspiring learning environment during school breaks.
- Plan, manage, and oversee daily camp activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers.
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout camp activities.
- Maintain a structured and fun classroom environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least one year of experience working with school-age children (or 30 college credits).
- Completion of the following required coursework:
- 45 Hours of Child Growth and Development
- 45 Hours of School Age Curriculum
- 9 Clock Hours of Approved Training in Communications OR one 3-credit college course.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 19 years old.
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
- US citizen or valid work visa.
- Ability to pass a State of Maryland and FBI background check.
- Comfortable using standard office equipment (computer, smartphone, etc.).
